ACCREDITATION OF MEDIA REPRESENTATIVES FOR THE TOURNAMENT TROPHIES OF NORTHERN PALMYRA 2023 HAS STARTED
Accreditation of media representatives to the II International Team Tennis Tournament TROPHIES OF THE NORTH PALMYRA takes place from November 10 to November 27, 2023 in electronic form.
There is NO other type of accreditation for the tournament!
To apply for accreditation, media representatives should go to the electronic press center at press.formulatx.com and register.
For all accredited media at KSC "ARENA" (former Sibur Arena) there will also be a special area on the second floor in the open press center (Tennis Talk) near the access to all press conferences with the players.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
MEDIA ACCREDITATION: To pass the registration it is obligatory to fill in all fields of the registration form except the "fax" field, attach a scan of the editorial letter (pdf) and a photo (preferably - 300 dpi, jpg, 4*6 cm). Media representatives, who had a confirmed accreditation at the tournaments of Formula TX - WTA St. Petersburg Ladies Trophy 2022, ATP St. Petersburg Open 2021, can undergo accelerated accreditation through their personal account.
To do this, you just need to log in to your personal account, previously activated for past tournaments, and on the page of your personal account at the bottom left select the option "Change Event". In the opened window you need to select the tournament Trophies of Northern Palmyra 2023. Your contact information will be opened. To continue with your registration, you only need to attach an updated editorial application letter and a new photo and click submit. You can also, if necessary, change your job title, contact phone number to update your information. After your application has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an accreditation confirmation and a password to enter your personal account in the electronic press center.
MEDIA ACCREDITATION: subject to mandatory accreditation will be possible only from the spectator stands and will be organized by the chief photographer of the tournament. More details about the conditions of media work at the tournament can be found in the Media Guide, which will be available in your personal cabinet after receiving accreditation. The tournament management will be grateful for your suggestions and comments on the work of the electronic press center, introduction of new services, as well as for your press materials, which can be sent through a special service in the personal media cabinet.
ACCREDITATION BADGES: The technical department for issuing accreditations for the tournament starts its work at the "ARENA" (entrance No. 17) from November 30, 2023 at 10:00 and will continue until the end of the competition according to the current schedule of games. The schedule will be announced later. To obtain accreditation, all media representatives must present a journalist's or official ID card.
