Shnaider beats Tomova. Team "Sphinxes" shortens gap
The Russian Diana Shnaider takes revenge from Bulgarian Viktoriya Tomova for last year’s defeat at the North Palmyra Trophies – 12-7 (4/2, 3/3, 5/4) and helped her team to shorten the gap on the scoreboard.
“People already remind me about it (the last year's loss), I’m happy I managed to improve my game and win today“, – Diana said. “It was a very intensive match. I feel like I was able to play three full sets. It was that fast and without any breaks. It is physically tough to play this format rather than the usual ones”, – she added.
